FFDOA Membership Application

  • Memberships and Premium Memberships are available ONLY to FFDOs.
  • Basic Membership is Free and affords limited access to our professional discounts.
  • Premium Memberships are $55, and will provide access to our entire site including our secure member's forum to discuss the program with other FFDOs, a comprehensive Legal Defense Plan, privileged communications from our Legislative Team, Instructor articles, helpful links and more. 
  • Premium Memberships will receive a $10 discount off the Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) plan.
  • All information will be kept strictly confidential.
  • Again, Memberships are only offered to FFDOs.
  • Strength in numbers…pass the word.

Here's how the membership process works:

  1. Fill out the on-line application below.
  2. Scan and email a copy of your FLETC Graduation Certificate to membership@ffdoa.org. This is the preferred method. *
  3. We will verify your eligibility and you will receive an email notifying you of approval. You cannot log into the web site until your credentials have been verified!
  4. We are all volunteers, so please allow several days for us to process your application and verify your eligibility. 
* Alternatively, you may fax your FLETC Graduation Certificate to 214-594-7345.  If faxing, a cover sheet must be attached which includes the email address that you will be providing in this application. If the fax and/or cover sheet are illegible, we may be unable to identify and reply to you. Therefore, if you do not hear from us within two weeks of faxing, please contact us at support@ffdoa.org.
 
Note: It may take a few days to receive a response.  Please be patient.  Every contact is important to us, and will be processed in the order received.  Please also keep in mind that we at FFDOA are all volunteers, donating our time while striving for improvements to the FFDO program.  If you would like to help as a volunteer, please let us know.  Thank you for your interest and your support.
